I take a client-centered, flexible approach, meaning our work is guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels most relevant in your life right now. I draw from emotionally focused therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy to explore the “why”, looking at patterns, past experiences, and emotional responses that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. This helps us better understand what’s coming up for you and what may be keeping you feeling stuck.

At the same time, I incorporate solution-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to focus on the “what now.” Together, we will identify practical ways to move forward, build on your strengths, and make day-to-day life feel more manageable and aligned with what matters to you.

I work with women, adolescents, and individuals navigating trauma or life transitions. I also value supporting teens in understanding themselves and developing healthier, more secure relationships.

Whether you’re trying to make sense of your experiences, work through something difficult, or simply feel more grounded, therapy can be a space to both understand where you’ve been and figure out where you want to go next.
