Licensed Psychotherapist
Long Island, NY | In-Person and Virtual Therapy

Robbie is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at Heart & Mind Psychotherapy who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care.
He works with adults, young adults, adolescents, and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, neurodivergence, and the emotional challenges that can accompany chronic illness.
Robbie believes that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. His approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and somatic, body-based interventions. Through these evidence-based techniques, he helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and develop lasting resilience.
At the core of Robbie’s work is the belief that healing occurs when both the mind and body are addressed in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. He prioritizes creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, comfort, and respect, allowing clients to explore their experiences openly and confidently.
Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, struggling with emotional challenges, or seeking greater self-understanding, Robbie is committed to helping you move toward healthier relationships, improved well-being, and a more balanced and fulfilling life.
